From “Dönmem” to “Tatlım” — one of the most recognizable voices in Turkish pop across a career spanning more than thirty years.
Born on 8 February 1978 in Istanbul, Gökhan Tepe trained at Istanbul Technical University's State Conservatory for Turkish Music before launching his career in 1996 with the album “Çöz Beni.”
Following “Canözüm” in 1999 and “Belki Hüzün Belki De Aşk” in 2002, he returned in 2006 with “Yürü Yüreğim” and went on to expand his catalogue with “Vur,” “Aşk Sahnede,” “Kendim Gibi,” “Seninle Her Yere” and “Yaz 2018.”
Having composed nearly 350 songs over the course of his career, Gökhan Tepe has written not only for his own albums but for artists such as Demet Akalın, Ebru Gündeş, Funda Arar, Bengü and İrem Derici. He has been honored at the Turkish Music Awards and the Golden Butterfly Awards, and has also acted in the TV series “Maçolar” and “Elveda Derken.” Now in his 30th year as a professional musician, he continues his journey with “Tatlım,” released in 2026.
